Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:

We utilize warehouses nationwide and on most orders we require 3-5 business days to process each order, before they can be shipped out to you. This time accounts for transit time between warehouses, time to sort, pack and schedule carrier pick up logistics. We do have "quick-ship" products on our main menu and those items only can ship out the same day, if your order is placed before 2pm EST. If your order for "quick-ship" products are placed after 2pm EST,  the order will ship the next business day.

Carriers:

We mostly use USPS for first class, priority and priority express to all 50 contiguous US states. Upon the customers request, we can also utilize UPS for extremely urgent orders. All international orders ship via UPS International Express. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the global shipping carriers are experiencing intermittent delays and longer than normal transit times. These delays have been experienced not only in the US, but worldwide. Delays are also being seen at all customs clearance agencies as well. Expect delays and plan with your clients accordingly. Salon Xtensions cannot be held liable for any shipping delays, loss or damage. 

Insurance:

Shipping insurance is available from SalonX, but not included automatically for each order shipped via USPS or UPS. If you want an order shipped with insurance, you can call our office ahead of placing an order that requires shipping insurance. We will manually add insurance based on the value of the total order shipped. Again, Salon Xtensions is not liable for any shipping delays, loss or damage.
